PRICING
Prices stated are inclusive of EMS shipping from Korea & handling fee.
Only mailing listees are entitled to free normal postage.
Please add an additional S$2.25 for registered mail.
All prices stated are final and non-negotiable.
PRODUCT
Do note that all products are made effort to display at its most accurate colors and designs on the website.
However, actual colors and feel of product is dependent on the computer monitor of user's usage.
If your item is out-of-stock at the point of ordering, a full refund will be made to you.
Items sold are non-exchangeable or refundable.
All items are checked carefully for any defects before being mailed out to you.
PAYMENTS
We do not accept concealed cash.
Only UOB/DBS/POSB Bank Transfers or i-Banking are accepted.
Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended.
However, if you’ve made an ATM transfer,
please keep your transaction receipt with you until your payment has been verified.
Paid orders cannot be changed/canceled.
DELIVERY
Waiting time for the items to arrive from Korea usually takes 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
Items will be mailed asap, please check Order Status for more information!
We are not liable for lost normal postage, hence reg postage is recommended.
Rest assured that all parcels will have return address written.
